Lions de Geneve signs Justin Tuoyo
American big-man had started the season in Poland.
Swiss side Lions de Geneve has announced the signing of American big-man Justin Tuoyo, who had started the season in Poland playing for Spojnia Stargard.
Tuoyo has had experiences also in Hungary, Italy and Argentina.
