Patterson will replace Earl Clark
The Cariduros de Fajardo have announced the return of Lamar Patterson.
The Pittsburgh product has been playing in Brisbane, NBL, since 2018.
Last season Patterson scored over 16 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists per game in the Australian league.
