Lakers reportedly started negotiations to extend Dennis Schroder
In his first two games with the defending champions Schroder scored 32 points and dished 14 assists.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Los Angeles Lakers have begun discussions with representatives of Dennis Schroder to extend the German playmaker’s contract.
The Espn reporter reveals that before the start of the season Schroder turned down an offer for an additional two years and $33.4 million.
From February 16th the point guard will become eligible for an extension of up to $83 million over 4 years.
