Knicks to sign Josh Hart to four-year, $81 million contract extension

Hart will remain in New York through 2028

The New York Knicks and Josh Hart have reached an agreement on a four-year, $81 million contract deal. The largest raise Hart may get under his $12.96 million deal in 23–24 is a 140 percent increase.


With the agreement, Hart’s contract with the Knicks could be worth a total of $94 million through the 27-28 season. On Thursday, Hart can formally sign the agreement.


With the United States, Hart is competing in the FIBA World Cup.
