Carter is returning to Maccabi Ashdod after a season in France

Former Texas A&M forward Josh Carter has signed a deal with Maccabi Ashdod of the Israeli Winner League.

Carter spent last season in the French Jeep Elite, averaging 5.8 points, two rebounds and 1.8 assists in 20.1 minutes per game for Limoges.
