Texas Tech freshman guard Jahmi’us Ramsey will declare for the NBA Draft, according to Stadium’s Jeff Goodman.

Ramsey, the No. 23 prospect in the ESPN Top 100, averaged 15 points, four rebounds and 2.2 assists per game this season, shooting 42.6% for three.
