Canadian rookie forward Jackson Rowe has agreed to a deal with with Chorale Roanne of the French Jeep Elite, a source told Sportando.
In his senior year at Cal State Fullerton, Rowe averaged 15.5 points and 7.3 rebounds per game while shooting 40.3 percent for three.
