NBA star J.R. Smith beat the living daylights out of a man who allegedly smashed his car window during the wild protests in L.A.


Per CBS Sports, "I just want y’all to know right now, before y’all see this (expletive) somewhere else, one of these (expletive) white boys didn’t know where he was going and broke my (explitive) window in my truck," Smith said in a video also obtained by TMZ Sports. "Broke my (expletive). This was a residential area. There wasn’t no stores over here, none of that (expletive). Broke my window. I chased him down and whooped his ass.


"So when the footage come out and y’all see it; I chased him down and whooped his ass. He broke my window. This ain’t no hate crime, I ain’t got no problem with nobody, nobody got no problem with me. It’s a problem with the (expletive) system. The (expletive) broke my window and I whooped his ass. He didn’t know who window he broke and he got his ass whooped. Just so you all see it later, I’m telling y’all now."
