Isaiah Swann’s wife: “JuveCaserta has not paid his salary since August, they threatened us”

Isaiah Swann’s wife posted a status on Facebook to tell their truth about how Italian team JuveCaserta breached their contractual obligation after Swann suffered a torn ACL.

“In August 2019, my husband suffered a devastating ACL injury during TEAM PRACTICE (on the job),” Laci Swann writes. “Since that dreadful day, Isaiah and our family have experienced NOTHING SHORT OF HELL from Juve Caserta.”

“Prior to signing, Isaiah turned this team down several times, based on the club’s HORRIFIC reputation and the advice of former players. However, team management allowed Isaiah to restructure his contract, protecting him in every way because they desperately wanted to prove themselves as a club worth trusting. In fact, their marketing slogan is “The New Caserta,” because they want people to believe they’ve turned over a new leaf.

JUVE CASERTA HAS NOT PAID Isaiah his salary since August 2019. They have threatened us, broken their contract in ten different ways, lied, and done all the things typical of Juve Caserta. We have tried everything in our power to come to a friendly agreement. Isaiah has every legal right to collect his entire contract, yet Isaiah GENEROUSLY offered a settlement, to which they did not take seriously.”

If management had half a brain, they would have realized my husband is an investment, as they had signed him for two years, instead of struggling so pitifully this season because of their senseless decisions.”
