Hornets’ Gordon Hayward available to play tomorrow

He suffered an avulsion fracture in his right hand last week

Charlotte Hornets forward Gordon Hayward said he will be available to play for the team’s opener against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday.

“I’ve just got to kind of play through it,” said Hayward, who suffered an avulsion fracture in his right hand last week. “There is no risk to further damage by playing. So it’s kind of a pain tolerance type deal.”
