Heat waive Drew Peterson, Alondes Williams
Both players will most likely start the season with the Sioux Falls Skyforce
The Miami Heat have announced the release of Drew Peterson and Alondes Williams.
Peterson is a rookie guard from USC, while Williams is a forward who came out of Wake Forest in 2022.
Both players will most likely start the season with the Sioux Falls Skyforce, the G League team affiliated with Miami.
The Heat’s roster is down to 19 players, with Dru Smith, Jamal Cain and R.J. Hampton as Two-Way Players.
