Hawks plan on having conversations Collins’ agents on contract extension
Collins will be a restricted free agent in 2021 if he’s unable to reach agreement with the Hawks.
The Atlanta Hawks will try to sign John Collins to contract extension when the free agency begins.
Per RealGM, "When that window does open up, we’ll certainly have conversations with John’s representatives," said Travis Schlenk.
Collins averaged 21.6 points, 10.2 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 33.2 minutes per game in 19-20, which was his third NBA season.
Collins will be a restricted free agent in 2021 if he’s unable to reach agreement with the Hawks.
