Hapoel Holon: Two fans filed a complaint against Latavious Williams

The Club 'Condemns all acts of violence' and announced that the players involved in the incident will be punished severly

2 fans of Hapoel Holon filed an official claim of assault against Latavius Williams at the Bat Yam Police Station.

Police: “A short while ago we received a claim against Hapoel Holon import Latavius Williams with suspicions leading toward assault by the player after the loss to Ironi Nahariya last night in Holon, 90-67.”

According to the fans, one fan said something to Williams, who then attacked him. Things heated up when fans started name calling players. Richard Howell responded to the fans, but his teammates held him back and seperated all parties.

Holon Statement: “Last night after the loss in the cup, an incident occurred outside the arena involving tens of Holon fans and a number of players. Out management condemns all acts of violence, especially the one that took place last night and will not take this lightly. The players involved in the incident will be punished severly by the club. We won’t allow for events like these to reoccur.”
