Hamburg Towers have reached an agreement with rookie Maik Kotsar, a source told Sportando.
The Estonian power forward comes from South Carolina in NCAA where he averaged 11.2ppg, 6.3rpg, 2.3apg, 1.5spg and 1.1bpg as a senior.
