Goran Dragic recently announced his retirement from playing basketball and is now organising his farewell game. The website Sportal reports a very interesting statement from him.

«I’ll be honest. I had offers from Milan, Madrid, Panathinaikos, and Barcelona. I never wanted to go back to Europe. I didn’t want to be without my family. The only option was Miami, which I talked to. In the end, it didn’t work out because they had too many players under contract».

As is known, Goran’s brother Zoran also played with Olimpia Milano in the 2016-2017 season. The farewell event will be in Ljubljana at the end of August.
