Fully vaccinated NBA coaches no longer required to wear mask during games
Head coaches will still have to adhere to testing protocols.
NBA head coaches are no longer required to wear a mask during games if they are fully vaccinated, as reported first by The Athletic’s Shams Charania. Assistant coaches and players, instead, will still be required to wear a mask in the bench area.
Head coaches exempted during games will still have to wear a mask during halftime, warmups, and shootarounds.
