With the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 just around the corner, FIBA and Australia’s National Basketball League have teamed up to live stream the Australian Boomers, Canada Basketball and the New Zealand Tall Blacks preparation games for the World Cup.
The three teams will be playing a number of warm-up games as part of the International Basketball Series 2019 prior to their quest to become World Champions in China, with the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 tipping off on August 31 in eight different cities across China.

NBL Chief Executive Officer Jeremy Loeliger said “We are incredibly pleased that fans around the globe will be able to tune into an Australian Boomers team that features six NBL players, and a New Zealand Tall Blacks team with a further 10, both of which we have every confidence will be amongst the strongest at the World Cup.”
