Fenerbahce holds off Khimki comeback, gets 4th win of their European season
Turkish side gets away with a 83-71 win.
Igor Kokoskov’s Fenerbahce got its fourth win of their Euroleague season, by prevailing over Russian powerhouse Khimki at the end of a hard-fought (but almost always led) game.
Dyshawn Pierre and Jarell Eddie led Fenerbahce in scoring with 16 points each, with the home team suffering a blow earlier in the game with Nando De Colo leaving with an injury after less than 3 minutes. Khimki had 19 points and 7 rebounds from Jordan Mickey, 10 and 9 assists (with 3/12 FG) from Alexey Shved.
