Euroleague Basketball has announced the following disciplinary decisions pertaining to incidents that occurred in Rounds 13 and 14 of the 2024-25 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season.
Round 13
Ergin Ataman, the head coach of Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens, has been sanctioned with a fine of €8,000 for actions that caused the abnormal interruption of the game against FC Barcelona under 27.2.a) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code. This decision may be appealed before the Appeals Judge.
Round 14
Mario Hezonja of Real Madrid has been sanctioned with a fine of €8,000 for acts that show a lack of respect towards a member of the officiating crew in the game during the game against Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul under 27.2.b) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code. This decision may be appealed before the Appeals Judge.
Kendrick Nunn of Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens has been sanctioned with a one game suspension and a fine of €5,000 for acts that show a lack of respect towards a member of the officiating crew during the game against Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade under 27.2.b) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code. This decision may be appealed before the Appeals Judge.
