Tavares had back-to-back dominant performances this week
Real Madrid center Walter Tavares has earned EuroLeague MVP of the Week honors after putting on two dominant performances to help the Blancos get back-to-back wins.
Tavares had 20 points on 9-for-13 from the field and 2-for-4 from the free-throw line, 14 rebounds and two assists against Panathinaikos on Tuesday, then followed up with 13 points, 10 rebounds and 5 blocks against Olympiacos on Friday.
