Euroleague Basketball, Domino’s celebrate partnership renewal
New agreement will last through 2023
Euroleague Basketball and Domino’s, a leader among multinational pizza restaurant chains, celebrated the extension of their partnership with a presentation event on Monday in Istanbul to highlight a contract renewal that will bind both organizations together for two more years.Domino’s Turkey became an Official Partner of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and the 7DAYS EuroCup in 2020 thanks to a recognition of shared values and audiences with EuroLeague Basketball. Monday’s presentation featured Kimon Stefos, Sales Director Corporate Partnerships and Licensing for Euroleague Basketball, Aslan Saranga, DP Eurasia Group CEO, and Pınar Togay, Domino’s Turkey Marketing and Sales Director, explaining to all media and influencers attending the details of the agreement.
“It is a pleasure to announce that such an iconic brand as Domino’s Turkey has renewed its confidence in us, because this kind of relationship does not happen by chance,” Mr. Stefos said. “This agreement is one more indicator of the growth in popularity of Euroleague Basketball competitions and the consequences of all the work done together with our clubs and partners. I want to thank Mr. Saranga for his confidence. Since 2020, we have focused on reaching our common goals by knowing what Domino’s wants and developing a specific individual plan to provide enhanced global exposure while at the same time ensuring higher engagement and impact from our fans.”
In the press conference, Mr. Saranga said: “Nowadays, everyone is in need of enjoying some pleasant times. As Domino’s, since our mission is to make our consumers happy, we have decided to support sports and basketball, and we wanted to reach them from everywhere. We have renewed our official sponsorship agreement until 2023, and we are very proud to be a partner of Euroleague Basketball, the most prestigious basketball organization in Europe.
