Partizan Belgrade have reportedly agreed to release Kevin Punter without asking for a buyout: this is the bombshell dropped by Eurohoops, which reports that the player is now on his way to Barcelona to sign a contract with the Blaugrana. The player has agreed to a multi-year contract with the Catalan club and will receive a salary similar to the one he received in Serbia, or around $2.6 million.
In his last EuroLeague season, Punter averaged 15 points and 2.6 assists per game.
