Ergin Ataman: Fans insults were shameful for sports and the EuroLeague

Anadolu Efes head coach Ergin Ataman made statements before the Maccabi game.

Ataman said, “The Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv game is our most important game for the playoffs… Despite our absences, we will definitely win with the atmosphere and motivation created by our fans. I once again understood the beauty of our fans who always reflect the fair play spirit that beautifies sports. The insults that all Red Star fans directed at me throughout the game in Belgrade were shameful for sports and the EuroLeague organization.”
