Efes and Larkin continue magic season, win in Madrid for first time in 15 years

Turkish side stays atop winning 80-75.

Anadolu Efes continue its magic season by beating Real Madrid for 6th consecutive Euroleague win, 14 in last 15 games. It is Efes’ first win in Madrid in 15 years, with Ataman’s team sweeping season series over Real and Spanish trips this season.

Laso’s side led by 9 earlier in the first quarter, but Efes was able to bounce back and take the lead at halftime. The visitors built a 9-point lead earlier in the 4th and held on thanks to another unbelievable game from Shane Larkin (32 with 5/6 from 3) and Tibor Pleiss’ clutch three pointers. Real had 15 from Thompkins, 13 from Llull.
