Pistoia Basket 2000 is ready for a significant change of ownership, with the entry of American investors from ‘East Coast Sport Group Italia’ as new majority shareholders. The extraordinary meeting scheduled for tomorrow in Milan, with the presence of Ron Rowan, will mark the closing of this operation.
This step represents the last phase of a negotiation that began months ago, and which promises to guarantee the club a stable future in top-level basketball. The process included accounting due diligence and a €1.4 million capital increase, culminating in the unanimous approval of the Pistoia Basket City Consortium.
The investors, including Mark Czachowski, Steven Raso, and Greg McDonald, aim to bring new energy and resources to the club, with the goal of strengthening its presence in the top league.
