Draw results for FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season and Qualifying Tournaments revealed
13 clubs were placed directly into the Regular Season, while there will be a minimum of seven teams advancing from the FIBA Europe Cup Qualifying Tournaments
The groups for the FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season and Qualifying Tournaments have been announced following the draw that took place in Munich, Germany, on Tuesday afternoon.
The number of participating teams in the Regular Season has been extended to 40 for the ninth edition of the competition with the field split into 10 groups of four teams.
13 clubs were placed directly into the Regular Season, while there will be a minimum of seven teams advancing from the FIBA Europe Cup Qualifying Tournaments – of which 22 will compete – and a maximum of 20 clubs that have opted in from the Basketball Champions League Qualifiers.
The groups for the Regular Season are as follows:

Qualifying Tournament B: FC Porto, Manisa BBSK, Nevezis-Optibet Kedainiai
Qualifying Tournament C: Parnu Sadam, Trepca, Tindastoll
Qualifying Tournament D: Kataja Basket, Chernomorets Burgas, Boras Basket
Qualifying Tournament E: Keravnos BC, Rostock Seawolves, Feniks 2010
Qualifying Tournament F: Egis Kormend, Bnei Herzliya, Anorthosis Famagusta

The winner of each tournament will qualify for the Regular Season, while additional spots may open up if clubs that have opted in from the Basketball Champions League Qualification Rounds advance to the BCL Regular Season.
Any extra spots would be filled with the best ranked second-placed clubs from the FIBA Europe Cup Qualifying Tournaments in accordance to Section D of the Official Basketball Rules.
The FIBA Europe Cup Qualifying Tournaments are scheduled to take place from October 2-5 – with the hosts confirmed on Monday – when the Regular Season field will be completed
