Dino Radja says Michael Jordan would score “50 poins on a bad day” in today’s NBA
Radja has spoken about the difference between the 90s and today in an interview with Marca
Speaking in an interview with Marca, Hall of Famer Dino Radja has both praised Michael Jordan and the 90s NBA while disparaging today’s current game. “The games seem like an All-Star Game. The referees whistle a lot: in the 90s, there was a tougher game with less whistling, but people like what they like. The business is expanding like this, and we have to accept it. In today’s basketball, Michael Jordan would score 50 points on a bad day. For me, he has been the best ever for everything he achieved with the teams he had”, he said.
Radja later pointed out the names of three stars whom he would sign to build a team around today: “I had to build a team from scratch, I would sign Luka Doncic, Giannis Antetokounmpo or Steph Curry. The style of American basketball has changed and that has favoured the adaption of the European player”.
