Initial exams show that ACL of Gallinari’s left knee is stable. The Italian player will have an MRI on Sunday to fully understand the injury he suffered.
The news was reported by Shams Charania.

This is what Italbasket head coach Gianmarco Pozzecco said Gallinari is the best Italian player ever and he deserves to play Eurobasket at home (Milan will host one of the first round groups).

“Gallinari is maybe the best Italian player ever. I will pray for him. With him we could have won Eurobasket, but I am not sorry for that. I am sorry because he may not play a tournament he deserves to play” Pozzecco said.
