American guard Chris Dowe is signing a deal with Maccabi Haifa of the Israeli Winner League, sources told Sportando.
Dowe spent last season in Poland with Anwil Wloclawek, averaging 11.5 points, 4.7 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game in the Polish EBL and Basketball Champions League.
