Cavs to sign Jordan Bell, convert Dean Wade

The Cleveland Cavaliers agreed to a deal with free agent big man Jordan Bell, per Shams Charania.
The Cavs are also converting Dean Wade’s two-way contract into a standard deal, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
