Portland Trail Blazers guard Norman Powell has decided to decline the 11.6 million option for next season , in order to become an unrestricted free agent from August 1st.
Predictable choice for the former UCLA, who arrived in Oregon from the Toronto Raptors before the last trade deadline.
According to Chris Haynes, there are several franchises interested in signing him.
