For the purposes of the Play-Offs Draw, the 16 qualified clubs have been ranked according to their final position within their respective Regular Season group and their place in the Draw will be based on this ranking. The teams having finished 1st of their Regular Season group are placed in Pot 1, and the teams having finished 2nd of their Regular Season group are placed in Pot 2.

The 16 teams will play in a group format of four groups of four teams each. Clubs will play six games each in a round robin system (three games home, three away), with the first two teams in each group qualifying for a Final 8 tournament that will conclude the 2020-21 season and take place on the first week of May 2021.

The Play-Offs will start on March 2-3, 2021, and conclude on April 6-7, 2021. The complete updated game schedule will be communicated after the Play-Offs Draw.

The draw will start with Pot 2. The eight second-placed teams will be drawn first, and placed in the next available group. The Draw will then continue with Pot 1. The eight first-placed teams will be drawn second, and placed in the next available group. The process will be repeated until the four groups of four teams are complete.

Clubs cannot be drawn against clubs from the same Group of the Regular Season. There is no country protection.

The first two teams in each group will qualify for the Final Eight (May 5-9, 2021) whose location will be announced after completion of the Play-Offs, early April. An additional draw will determine the Final Eight bracket and will take place the week following the announcement.
