BC Dnipro announced the signing of Rashad Vaughn and the arrival of Rawle Alkins for a tryout.
Vaughn, a former NBA first round pick, last year scored 14.1 points (44% from 3P) per game in the Ukranian league for Prometey.
Alkins last season played just 3 games in G League with the Raptors 905.
