Lithuanian forward Arnoldas Kulboka is expected to leave Bilbao, according to Chema de Lucas, and an option for the future is a two-way contract with the Charlotte Hornets.
Kulboka was picked at no. 55 by Charlotte in the 2018 NBA Draft after a season with Italian side Capo d’Orlando in which he was awarded the Basketball Champions League Best Young Player award
