According to Christos Tsaltas, Valencia is close to an agreement with Arnoldas Kulboka.
The 25-year-old Lithuanian forward had an excellent season in Greece with Promitheas, scoring 14.7 points with 5.9 rebounds and 43% from beyond the arc in Eurocup.
