Lithuanian point guard Arnas Velicka will declare for the NBA draft, a source told Sportando. Velicka, born in 1999, averaged 19.2 points, 4.2 rebounds and 5.6 assists in Estonian-Latvian Basketball League with Tartu Ulikool Rock.
