CSKA Moscow president Andrei Vatutin denied that the Russian powerhouse has an agreement in place with Milos Teodosic for next season.
Vatutin spoke with Itass about the Serbian point guard.
Per Tass, “Perhaps, it can only be explained by a twist of events and nothing else that it was namely the Spanish media, which reported about CSKA’s contract with Teodosic on the day of our match with [Spanish club] Baskonia,” Vatutin said in an interview with TASS.
“I spoke with Milos [Teodosic] a week ago, but our conversation was not about basketball at all as we spoke about our children and families,” Vatutin said. “Therefore, Teodosic’s fans and ill-wishers should calm down as nobody signed anything and no agreements were concluded.”
