Andre Ingram to be named G League Players Union president
Ingram is the G League’s all-time leader in games played
Andre Ingram will be the president of the new NBA G League Players Union, according to Shams Charania.
Ingram, 35, has spent 12 years in the G League and is the league’s all-time leader in games played. He also played six games in the NBA with the Los Angeles Lakers and made headlines when he scored 19 points on 4-of-5 from three in his NBA debut at the age of 32.
David Stockton, John’s son and a 5-year G League veteran, will be the vice president of the players union while Ignite’s young prospect Isaiah Todd will be the secretary-treasurer.
