Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum and Minnesota Timberwolves forward/center Karl-Anthony Towns have been named the NBA Players of the Week for Week 9, respectively for Western and Eastern Conference.
Towns led Minnesota to 3 wins in a row with 28 points, 7 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game, while Tatum contributed with 31.3 points, 7.3 rebounds and 4 assists in the Celtics 2-1 week.
